Affogato

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of very strong coffee (Espresso type)

Preparation

1.

Put the glass where you are going to serve it in the freezer to enjoy it cold.

2.

Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream to the glass. (Vanilla preferably)

3.

Pour slowly the hot cup of coffee to melt the ice cream.

4.

Add, if you like, add a little whipped cream or chocolate grated topping for a different touch.
