Beef fajitas with sauce of Café 1820

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of beef fajitas seasoned with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  • Wheat flour amount needed for breading
  • CLOVER Soy oil
  • 1 cup of Onion chopped in strips
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 cup of Café 1820
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch to thicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1.

In a frying pan, heat the CLOVER Soy oil and fry the onion, when crystallizing, add the beef broth mixed with the cornstarch.

2.

Add it to the crystallized onion and add the Café 1820.

3.

As it thickens, season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.

Separately in another pan, sauté the seasoned beef fajitas and serve with the sauce of Coffee 1820.
