Café 1820 cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of bitter cocoa for pastries
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sour milk
  • 1/2 cup CLOVER sunflower oil
  • 1/2 stick of margarine NUMAR
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Café 1820
  • 1/4 cup kahlua

Preparation

Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Besides, cream the NUMAR margarine with the sugars and the CLOVER vegetable oil.

Add the eggs one by one.

Then add the dry ingredients alternating with sour milk, Café 1820 and kahlua.

5.

Put the portioned mixture in each of the # 5 paper capsules in the 12 cupcake pan and preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 20 minutes.

6.

Serve and decorate with your favorite cream.
