CAKE OF CONDENSED MILK AND COFFEE

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 100 g of milk
  • 450 g flour
  • 18 g baking powder
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 10 gr of soluble Coffee 1820

Preparation

Start beating the eggs with the sugar until you get a mixture that has grown in size and is whitish in color.

When you have everything integrated, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and the soluble Coffee 1820, while continuing to beat at low speed.

Put the mold in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes or so. When this time is over, check if it is cooked by pricking it with a knife and if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.

Once you have the mixture in snow point (which will be after 6-7 minutes beating at high speed), add the condensed milk and milk.

At the moment you have all the flour integrated, grease the mold with Numar and flour, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then, pour the mixture into the mold.
