CANDYS OF COFFEE LATTES

Ingredients

  • 250 g of sugar
  • 100 g of Numar margarine
  • 10 tablespoons of Coffee 1820 very concentrated (already prepared)
  • 1 cup of milk

Preparation

In a saucepan, put the sugar and the Numar margarine, stirring constantly. Boil over very low heat while stirring. After a few minutes, slowly add the 1820 Coffee and milk while continuing to stir. Simmer for about 5 more minutes, approximately. Be very careful when handling the mixture, since hot sugar can burn you.

Spread a small aluminum mold with Numar margarine, put the cream and let it cool. To give it the shape you want, you have to wait for it to be a little colder. At that time, you demold and cut in squares with a knife
