Coffee granita with condensed milk
- 150 g condensed milk
- 4 teaspoons 1820 Instant Black Coffee
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation

Dissolve your Café 1820 Instant Black Coffee in 250 ml of hot water. Put the condensed milk into the coffee that you prepare and mix vigorously until it is homogeneous. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, add 750 ml of cold water and continue beating.

Pour the previous preparation into a flat container, preferably metal, and place it in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring up every 30 minutes with a fork to achieve a creamy texture.
3.
Serve in 4 glass cups. Sprinkle it with the ground cinnamon.
