Coffee pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of 1820 Coffee prepared
  • Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • Flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • Whipped cream

Preparation

1.

Put in a pot 50 grams of butter. When all the butter has melted, add 1 tablespoon of flour.

2.

Add the prepared cup of Café 1820 at this point. Mix with the flour and butter that will begin to gain consistency.

3.

Incorporate the sugar.

4.

Add two eggs, stirring constantly and with the mixture a little cold.

5.

Add a yolk and reserve the whites that remain. Beat the whites until stiff in this way we will get a slightly fluffier pudding.

6.

Put the pudding in molds and cook in a bain-marie in a container with two fingers of hot water in the oven.

7.

We serve with the decoration that you like the most: whipped cream, melted chocolate, among others.
