- 48 grams of coffee
- 1 cup of water (250 ml)
- 1 ounce of whiskey (29.5 ml)
- 1 ounce of rum (29.5 ml)
- 2 ounces of milk (59 ml)
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 ounce of Irish cream syrup (29.5 ml)
Preparation
1.
Put 48 grams of coffee and 1 cup of water into the coffee maker or coffee dripper. Whip the fresh-made coffee, whiskey, rum, milk, ice, vanilla ice cream and Irish cream in a blender for 2 minutes until the ice is finely crushed. Decorate the glass with chocolate topping, add the drink and top with chantilly cream.
