ICED MOCHACCINO

Ingredients

  • 48 grams of coffee
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 4 ounces of milk (118 ml)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • 2 packets of sugar
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ounce of mocha syrup (29.5 ml)
  • Chantilly (whipped) cream

Preparation

1.

Put 48 grams of coffee and 1 cup of water into the coffee maker or coffee dripper. Put the freshly made coffee, milk, ice, sugar, ice cream and syrup into a blender and whip for 2 minutes until the ice is finely crushed. Add chocolate topping to the glass and then pour in the drink and top it off with chantilly cream.
