ITALIAN SODA
- 48 grams of coffee
- 1 cup of water (250 ml)
- 1 ounce of syrup (29.5 ml)
- 12 ounces of soda or mineral water
Preparation
1.
Put 48 grams of coffee and 1 cup of water into the coffee maker or coffee dripper.
2.
Put 12 ice cubes into a tall glass, add first the syrup and then the soda or mineral water, and then slowly add the freshly made coffee so that the colors are layered.
