Moka 1820 Cookies
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar measured tight
- 1 stick of margarine NUMAR
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of Café 1820 instant mokaccino
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup of chopped and toasted walnuts
- 1 ½ cup chocolate chips
Preparation
1.
Add the egg and the instant coffee 1820.

Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the previous mixture.
3.
Then add the chocolate chips and nuts.
4.
Place portions of the mixture on a tray with parchment paper and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
5.
Take out and let cool to drizzle the Café 1820 glaze.
Glase coffee 1820:
- ½ cup powdered sugar sifted
- 1 tbsp of water
- ½ tsp Café 1820 instant mokaccino
Mix the water and the coffee and add it to the powdered sugar. Drizzle on top of Moka 1820 cookies.
