OVERNIGHT WITH COFFEE

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup oatmeal (4 tablespoons)
  • ½ tablespoon of chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup of prepared 1820 Coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt or kefir

Preparation

1.

Put ⅓ cup of oatmeal in a glass bowl and add ½ tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon and ½ cup of 1820 Coffee.

In the morning, add the yogurt and decorate with chocolate or cinnamon chips.

Let stand overnight in the fridge.
