Rice pudding 1820
- 1 ½ cup of rice
- 4 1/2 cups of water
- 1 ½ cups sugar or substitute as a no calorie sweetener
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 1 ½ cups of sweet cream
- 1 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 2 tbsp NUMAR Margarine melted
- ¼ cup of Café 1820
- 1 lemon peel
Preparation
1.
Wash the rice and put it in a pot with the water and the lemon peel.
2.
Cook until burst. Take out the lemon peel.
3.
Apart, blend the sugar or substitute of your choice, milk, sweet cream, and melted NUMAR margarine.
4.
Pour the mixture into a pot and stir until it boils. Add the cup of Café 1820.
5.
Add the popped rice to the cream and let the liquid evaporate a little.
6.
Serve in glasses or sweets and sprinkle with cinnamon.
7.
Enjoy the taste of Café 1820 in this delicious rice pudding.
