TIRAMISU

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g. of sugar
  • 400 g. of cream cheese
  • 200 g. of ladyfinger cookies
  • 175 ml of coffee
  • 200 g. of dark chocolate
  • Powdered cocoa for sprinkling on top

Preparation

1.

First, prepare a pot of good, strong coffee and then let it cool.

Then beat the egg whites to a stiff peak and set aside. In another large bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then add the cream cheese little by little while beating.

Add the egg whites and mix well.

Place a layer of ladyfinger cookies on the bottom of a pan and soak them with coffee.

5.

Cover them with a layer of the cream cheese mixture and grate dark chocolate on top. Do the same with another layer of ladyfinger cookies, ending with the cream cheese layer, and sprinkle powdered cocoa on top.

6.

Refrigerate for 3 hours to give it the right consistency.
